Leo will learn its skills in a safe simulation environment by rapidly analysing thousands of construction videos, instructions, demonstrations and sensory data. Training techniques include:

Imitation Learning
Reinforcement Learning
Training uses digital twins that accurately simulate real scenarios, providing a risk-free environment for the humanoids to learn and improve. This eliminates the risk of physical damage to its human co-workers and itself.
Once the skills are adequately refined in the digital world, the modules can be uploaded onto the humanoid and deployed, under supervision, on a construction site.
Construction videos, instructions, and demonstrations are captured on live construction sites by our partnering organisations, operatives, and Moulton College tutors utilising head-mounted video cameras.
